Adding Points for a Resident

From the Residents Module under the heading “Your Residents” you should see all the residents you have added to the system. For each resident listed there are two action items: “Add Pts” (Pts abbreviated for Points) and “Record.” Depending upon how your supervisors and management wishes to use this feature of the Residents Module, points can be awarded to residents for participation in residential life programs. To give points to a resident, find their name then click on the corresponding “Add Pts” link. On the “Add Points for a Resident” page you can specify the number of points a resident has earned and provide comments describing the reason.
