Add a User Account

Step 1:

From the User Accounts module, click the "Add User Account" button. On the "Add a User Account" page the following information is the minimum required:

  • Login / Username
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • E-mail Address
  • Access Level for the User Account

Click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the form to move on to the next step.

Step 2:

Set their password. By default an alpha-numeric password is randomly generated. If needed, you can override the randomly generated password. The "Password" value and the "Confirm Password" value must match.

You can choose to send an e-mail notification to the person, which will provide them with the password and ask them to reset their password to something of their choice.

Click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the form to move on to the next step.

Step 3:

Determine which modules of the ResLife Portal this user account should be able to access. Click the checkboxes for the modules to grant access.

Click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the form to complete the user account creation.
